Shipping rates and times
Orders are shipped with Australia Post. Estimates are from the time of dispatch, rather than from the time you place the order online. Time frames are subject to delays by Australia Post.
We do not offer shipping reimbursements for order delays that are out of our control, such as delays by Australia Post.
If you use a “free shipping” code, it will only apply to the standard shipping option.
Please ensure that your address information is correct. If we receive any orders back due to incorrect address, or the order not being collected by the customer, the order is refunded minus applicable postage fees charged to us by Australia Post.
Shipping within Australia
We ship all items out 2 times a week, if you order by 5pm orders will be shipped on Monday and Thursdays.

International shipping

Returns and refund policy
At Amazeballs, we strongly believe in the high quality of our products, and want you to love our products as much as we do. Before using any of our products, always ensure that you read the product description carefully and the directions for use on the product label. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and return within 30 days for a refund.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return their order.
If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange outside of Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
A returned product will be thoroughly checked and tested before a refund can be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Processing time of a refund may take up to 4 weeks. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Storage
Please store your goodies in a cool, dark area, away from sunlight, and small children. Soap should be used within one year of purchase date and bath products should be used within 3-6 months of purchase date to ensure the quality of your product.
Soap and bath products are made with a high amount of butters and oils. As such, please do not leave in high heat/ direct sun.
Safety and Care
Amazeballs is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Please remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs.
For external use only. If you have sensitive skin, please test on a small area first. Discontinue if rash, redness or itching occurs. Consult a healthcare professional if irritation persists.
Be careful when exiting/entering the tub or shower. Due the amount of nourishing oils and butters used in the products, the tub or shower may be slippery. We use skin-safe colorants for all our bath products.
In order to best protect your tub or shower, please rinse after use to ensure any possible residue is washed away. Note the colorants may attach themselves to the oils and butters in the product and stick to the side of the tub or shower. They can be easily removed with a usual tub rinse/wash. Allowing colorants to dry on your tub or shower runs the risk of being potentially hard to remove or stain.
